Nigeria Limited is one of the leading brewery in Northern
Nigeria and was officially opened on the 27th march, 1982
by the then civilian Executive Governor of Kaduna State –
Alhaji Abba Musa Rimi.
- The welfare policy of IBBI Nigeria Limited is based
upon the belief that the structure of the company is primarily

Beverages and Tobacco senior staff Association (FOBTOB)
for Junior and Senior staff respectively.
- The company is a registered member of Association of
Food, Beverage and Tobacco Employers (AFBTE) and Nigerian
Employers Consultative Association (NECA). These Associations
provide the structural framework on which personnel matters
are managed.
- To avoid excuses and danger of going out of the premises
during break, we provided well equipped canteen and variety
of meals at highly subsidized rate within the company
premises.
- We implement the pension Act to the later in line with
the provision and make sure that we make remittance to
the custodians as at when due.
- Our workforce has that sense of belonging because they
are all capture under our life insurance policy.
